A few words about the person...

My professional career began in 1999-2002 with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk specializing in business and technology. During this early phase, it became clear to me that a social and professional link between technical and commercial sectors is essential for utilizing and leveraging potential through collaboration. the This can be the key to optimization in companies of any industry and regardless of their business purpose. With this vision in mind, I furthered my career and developed my technical and business education through a degree (2005-2010) in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Business Administration/Controlling and Production Management. 

After completing my studies in industrial engineering at Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences, I started my professional career in 2010 at Heidewasser GmbH as Technical Director. During and after my studies, I received I In various projects, including at a well-known OEM in the automotive industry and later at energy supply companies, I had the opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge I had learned to the targeted optimization of collaboration in projects and process optimization in companies.  

Building on this, I completed a degree in change management with a specialization in "project management, infrastructural management, structural change and resource management" at the University of Leipzig/HTWK Leipzig from 2014-2019.  

In these times In 2018 I moved into management and aI worked as an internal consultant for the pharmaceutical company IDT Biologika GmbH. Building on this experience, in 2019 I took over the management of the site operator at the BioPharmaPark Dessau, with responsibilities for site management and energy supply.  

As part of my long-standing, part-time self-employment, I have been supporting SMEs in development and optimization issues since 2007. From this and from my Based on my intensive management experience in the further development of companies and business units, I made the decision to focus entirely on self-employment as a catalyst, supporter and implementation partner in operational and strategic challenges and realignments of companies. 

My involvement as a Senior Network Partner within the C PLUS M network offers me the best opportunities for a focused realignment and joint development of companies and clients. The values practiced, the integrity within the team, and the collaborative partnership at C PLUS M led to my decision to join them on this path starting in 2022.
