I have worked in various sales roles for over 20 years.
I started out as a call center agent in the sales department of a publishing group as

Through my studies and subsequent professional positions, I was able to
continuously developed and improved.
From salesperson to sales manager, I've gone through all the stages.
I know how difficult it is to sell products that require explanation to customers and
to successfully lead a sales team.
Even as managing director of an SME, I was active and responsible in sales.
In my 10 years as Head of Sales in the SaaS industry, I have used many tools
and learned techniques that are also useful in other industries.
